Cast Expectations:
It is our expectation that cast members use their time to practice what was taught and to be memorized for the next rehearsal. This will help rehearsals run smoother. Thank you for your commitment.
Attendance Policy:
We will take conflicts into consideration when casting. A conflict is any time you will miss rehearsal. This includes work, school, family events, concerts, vacations, church activities, etc.
Every absence must be approved prior to the missed rehearsal. We allow up to three excused absences. These are dates that are listed on your audition form prior to casting.
We do not allow any of these absences to be two weeks before tech week, during tech week, dress rehearsals, school shows or performances. Constant tardiness will count as a conflict. Approval of conflicts is solely up to the Director.
Any unexcused absences are subject to removal from numbers/scenes or the show all together. An unexcused absence is a no show, no call or any absence not previously approved by the Director.
No absences starting June 8th. All tech rehearsals, dress rehearsals and performances are mandatory.
Fees:
There will be a $50 fee due per cast member or a $25 fee AND volunteer for 3 hours. This fee will help us with the costs of putting on this production.
Cast members will be responsible for providing pieces of their own costume. These could/will include: Underdressings, footwear, hosiery, make-up, etc.
Scripts/Materials:
All scripts/music/materials must be returned by the final performance date (June 29th). Any late returns or damaged materials will result in a $50 fee.
Strike:
Strike will be held on June 29th after our final performance. All cast members will have an assignment. We will take down the set, return props & costumes and clean up the theater.
